Description of SARAFARM project:
 
18,5 hectares of technological greenhouse with biomass cogeneration plant. The newness is the biomass cogeneration plant of 10 MW that supplies the demanded energy by the greenhouses for the heating and CO2, refrigeration systems through industrial air conditioning (adiabatic cooling that take advantage of the heat of the boiler for the refrigeration), NGS system, climatic control, and automatization of the logistic of the automatic recollection.

Description of Induser facilities. Induser has installed the automatic packaging lines of cherry tomato. SARAFARM is relying on Induser technology. The big bet of SARAFARM after a large selection of providers and after traveling the world studying the different technologies of other latitudes has been the high experience in the multiformat packaging and the high precision of weight because of the associative software they have and thanks to the trip to Spain and France where they could know the Induser facilities in customers productions, such as, LES ROUGELINES, UNICA GROUP, EUROCASTELL, NATURE CHOICE, BIOSABOR, etc. The installation can work 11 different formats of packs with the same installation with automatic changes of format, 6 different models of clamshells, Japanese model, 2 formats of shakers, 2 punnets with lid, 1 sustainable cardboard tub. The installation is completely automatic and allows dispensing, filling, closing, covering, labeling and laser marking. It also has an advanced management system of lots, and traceability that allows controlling and keeping in databases and exporting  the statistics in real time to the customer server. Besides, a full remote control system of the installation allows the communication from Spain in real time in Japan via internet
