For our client BIOSABOR, INDUSER has installed the largest automated packaging installation in the organic Spanish cherry tomato sector.
The project was developed in two phases for a production of 220 punnets/hour, or 4 tons/hour, with automatic dispensing and filling of differents punnets made of plastic and recycled cardboard. The installation is comprised of 4 associative weighers developed by INDUSER which ensure an accuracy of +\- 1 g. The latest innovation the packaging line offers is Induser's patented the multiform system that allows the automatic format change for different models of containers. This allows for versatile packaging options, as well as the possiblity to incorporate new types of containers in the future.
With a production of more than 20 million kilos, BIOSABOR is a reference in the province of Almeria for the complete cycle of production and packaging of organic vegetables, with a wide range of fresh products and gazpachos.
