Changing between different formats on the same packaging line is usually difficult and time consuming, if not altogether impossible.
With this challenge in mind, we have designed our latest machines to be fully multiformat. The same line can automatically package not only different formats of product, but completely different containers as well. Clamshells and boxes of many sizes, with or without lids, as well as various shaker cups and buckets--with the same machine. Changing between these formats is simple, and takes less than one minute.
One of our clients is a blueberry producer who was struggling to quickly package high volumes in different sized clamshells and shaker cups. With their custom Induser design, they can now package either at a rate of 120/minute, and change between the two formats in under a minute.
