A briefing of the main innovations that INDUSER has made in its machinery to continue improving the packaging experience of fruit and vegetables producers.

As usual, the end of the year brings the opportunity to find balance. That is why with this article we bring a summary with the most representative developments that INDUSER has undertaken in 2022.
In the first quarter, the improvements were focused on the product packaging machines, particularly on the chain servo-controlled conveyors. The most noticeable changes were: the improvement of the frame for the sliding of the product, the height and width adjustments, the mechanical vibration under the filing of the product, and the implementation of 3D technology for the manufacture of the filling molds.
The second quarter brought a boost for the Seal Label machine, the cold-seal packaging solution that applies pressure to a label that seals the package in compliance with the necessary standards for product protection, the optimal speed for the production rate, and the reduction of plastic in packaging processes. Some elements of the machine, such as the pressure rollers and the chassis, represented a functional and aesthetic change of this solution that is very popular with berry growers.
The third quarter was presented with the first flap closer project with the application of Kola to reinforce the closure of the casing container format. This solution, which had been used to case apples and kiwis, on this occasion was useful for casing persimmons. The Kola application is positioned prior to the closing and prior to the application of the label that closes the case.
In the fourth quarter of the year, INDUSER attended Fruit Attraction, the massive and well-attended event in Madrid that serves as a platform to present news and improvements. It was there that another solution for associative weighing was presented: the multi-belt associative weigher. This machine is an ideal alternative for the precise weighing of elongated fruit and vegetable products such as zucchini, cucumber or celery. Its operation is through scales instead of heads and using belts that move the products once the combination of scales reaches the target weight, previously configured in the intuitive software.
Each quarter of 2022 has been accompanied by growing commercial activity and active collaboration with the distribution network that INDUSER promotes in various countries around the world. All the above shows the commitment that INDUSER and its managers have for the internalization and reliability of its brand.
