After five years of the first investment in INDUSER machinery and technology, Dreesen increases its production capacity with two new automated packaging lines for blueberries.

The first collaboration took place in 2018. At that time, Dreesen was looking for a partner to automate the packaging process at a time when the demand for blueberry consumption has increased.

For that Project, a double packaging line with a capacity of 120 packages per minute was designed for the multi-format packaging of clamshell cups and buckets with lids. A first expansion took place in 2020 and now, five years after that first vote of trust, Dreesen returns to expand its facilities with second double packaging line project that will incorporate all the improvements that the packaging company has had as a part of the innovation and development of the company originally from Almería.

In this regard, Pedro Martínez Lázaro -CBO of INDUSER- adds: For us, it is always a motivation to return to work with our clients. A customer who decides to increase their investment with our engineering solutions is a customer who feels satisfied and trusts that we will deliver quality, functional, high-performance machinery.

The new packaging Project, which has been designed following the specific needs of Dreesen, is a high- production double multi-format line that, together with the original installation, will have the capacity to pack 30 tons per shift. The Project, located in the municipality of Bornheim, has already begun to perform and to achieve the objectives agreed by both parties.

To date, INDUSER maintains an export quota of 50%, a figure that is expected to increase in 2023 because of the distribution networks that the commercial department strengthens on the five continents.
