Berlin, Germany, February 7, 2024. - INDUSER, a leader in engineering solutions forthe packaging of horticultural products, raises productivitystandardsevenfurther with theintroductionofits innovative Thick/ThinWeigher (TTW). Designed as an integration into a complete and automatic packaging system, this machine joins the product portfolio of the Almerian company to transform packaging into a delicate, fast, and competitive process. 

Pedro Martínez Lázaro, CBO (Chief Business Officer) of INDUSER, states: "We insist on proactive listening. Our clients - particularly blueberry producers - were demanding a solution like this with the INDUSER brand. We wanted to officially launch it in Berlin in the year of our 20th anniversary so that those clients who still don't know us identify us as an innovative, disruptive, and customer-centric company".

The main features of the machine are:

Custom Versatility: The Weigher can be manufactured in different versions, with options of 4, 8, 12 and 16 heads. This flexibility ensures that INDUSER can perfectly adapt to the production needs of various blueberry producers, from small companies to large international producers.

Multiformat Solutions: We achieve this advantage by the tray denester loaders designed exclusively for each of the packaging formats a client may need. A factor that directly affects the machine's cadence and therefore, the profitability that can be obtained from it.

Gente Handling: Due to the design of the structure, the drop of the product is minimal, making this weigher an idean solution for delicate fruits.

Complete Automation: The TTW was designed to work synchronized and in conjuctino with other machines involved in packaging, from calibrating machines from other suppliers to heat selaers or peripheral machinery from INDUSER.
