We continue to drive the versatility of our solutions in order to automate our clients' packaging process.

At INDUSER, a company based in Almería, Spain, we take pride in designing and manufacturing packaging lines that adapt to the specific needs of our clients. Our commitment to innovation and excellence drives us to constantly find new alternatives to ensure the delicate handling of products as sensitive as cherries.

One of our latest innovations is a clear example of our dedication to the development and evolution of our packaging lines. The cherry packaging line consists of a 14-head associative linear weigher, a flagging system, and a triple packer that dispenses, fills, and seals different container formats.

The workflow of the line integrates associative weighing, which combines the weight of different hoppers to achieve the precise target weight, and then feeds the cherries into a flagging system that gently slides the product to the next stage of the process: automatic packaging.

One of the standout features of our packaging line is its versatility. With a production capacity of 60 containers per minute, this line can easily adapt to multi-format packaging, whether clamshell or traditional containers. This provides our clients with the flexibility needed to meet the demands of the ever-changing market.

Additionally, our cherry packaging line can incorporate a treatment tank at the beginning of the process, followed by impact-absorbing surfaces and canvas filling hoppers.

These additional features ensure smooth and delicate handling of cherries from the beginning to the end of the packaging process.

At INDUSER, we are committed to providing high-quality packaging solutions that meet the most demanding expectations of our clients.
