Last Friday, May 3, "Paraisso al Mar" in Guardias Viejas, Almería, witnesseda very special event: a dinner to celebrate the twentieth anniversary of the Almeria company INDUSER. On this occasion, the team was summoned with their partners or family members to commemorate teamwork, effort, the evolution of the company, and the personal and professional growth of the individuals who have contributed to the project's success. The objective of the gathering? To pay tribute to the individuals and their involvement with INDUSER.  

The night was divided into three equally emotional and significant parts. The first part was a ceremony in which the four founding partners took the floor.  

The first to speak was Pedro Martínez Lázaro, Commercial Director, to recall the company's origins and mention the risks that he and his other three partners had to face to make the dream of starting something of their own, something that could combine their experience as engineers and bring back the excitement they had lost, a reality. Thus, INDUSER was born, a project that united two words of great importance and would serve as a cardinal point for the future: Industry and Service.

The second to speak was Juan Martos López, Director of Development and Innovation, to recount the number of machines that have been designed and manufactured at INDUSER since April 2004. Regarding this, Martos mentioned: "Giving a quick summary of that machine manufacturing, I'll give you some data as an example: 55 blueberry precalibrators, 135 round tables, 145 linear weighers, 200 work or packaging modules, 210 labelers, 260 packers, 320 circular weighers." Martos also mentioned the importance of humor among so many hours of work, sharing several anecdotes with some of the colleagues present in the room.  

The third to speak was Carlos Villegas González, Chief Financial Officer, who focused his speech on thanking the team of people. Emphasizing the fact that the company's success is closely linked to the talent of the individuals who make it up. He made a special mention of the work of women, who, despite being a minority in the company, play a fundamental role in its management.

The four founding partners also made mentions of the importance of family, their support, and the importance of their unconditional presence, constantly asking how work is going and supporting them when necessary.  

The end of this first part of the night closed with a toast in which all the attendees raised their glasses to say: Here's to another twenty years!

The second part of the night took place after dinner, with an awards ceremony that highlighted the different attitudes and values of the employees. Divided into six categories that we will explain in a future press release, the colleagues themselves starred in the moment, presenting the nominees, announcing the winners, and presenting them with their well-deserved awards.  

Two surprise moments took place during this time: An acknowledgment of the Business Trajectory that the colleagues themselves gave to the four founding partners; and an acknowledgment of the Professional Trajectory, which the four founding partners gave to the fourteen employees who have been working at INDUSER for more than ten years.

The third part of the night required the participation of everyone: The party!  

What else can be done when a company, for which some people did not give even five years, has reached its twentieth birthday, its global presence, the export of more than 60% of its products, the pride of belonging to the Poniente area of Almería and contributing to the auxiliary industry, designing and manufacturing automatic packaging lines.
