May 10th, 2024.

The night of May 3 was memorable for many reasons. One of them was the awards ceremony that took place after the commemorative words delivered by the four founding partners to the guests at the dinner organized for the 20th anniversary.

The moment was filled with laughter, surprise, emotion, and camaraderie, with our own colleagues taking the stage to present each of the six categories we had previously selected, showcasing the personalities of each member of our team.

From the Most Patient Person Award to the Best Colleague Award, each recognition highlighted the exceptional values and contributions of our colleagues.

The first to take the stage were Mamen Sánchez and Antonio Martínez, responsible for presenting the 'Most Patient Person Award,' highlighting that this recognition would be awarded to a colleague known for maintaining calm in stressful moments. After presenting the four nominees, they announced that Víctor Muro was the colleague most voted for this award by his peers.

Subsequently, to present the 'Globe-Trotter Award' Sheila and María Berenguel announced the four nominees. This award was given to the colleague who stands out for their willingness to travel frequently to complete installations for our clients. Finally, they announced colleague Julio Otero as the most voted among peers as an ambassador for INDUSER worldwide.

For the next recognition, a significant person for the INDUSER team, Paco Berenguel, was called to the stage. He presented the 'People's Defender Award,' which recognized the person who stands out for their non-conformism and courage to speak out loud what often represents an improvement for everyone.

To present the 'Joyfull Teammate Award' we had the participation of our commercial director, Pedro Martínez Lázaro, who emphasized the importance of laughter and joy to break tense moments. Immediately after, he presented the four nominees and announced Antonio Martínez Franco as the winner.

The next category was 'Revelation of the Year,' and to present it, Álvaro Mellado and Ricardo Sesto, members of the machining and welding team respectively, took the stage. They explained that for this award, all colleagues who joined INDUSER in the last year participated, and it would be given to the person who adapted most effectively to the team and processes.

Subsequently, the 'Best Colleague Award' was presented, and Francisco Enrique and Rubén Vicente, responsible for Industrial Automation and Assembly respectively, took the stage to explain that this award would be given to the colleague who has been there for everyone since day one, serving as an example both professionally and personally. Of all the awards, this was the only category that resulted in a tie for both the winners and the runners-up, with only one vote difference between them. Thus, the winners were Antonio Martínez and Julio Otero.

Two surprise moments followed. Ana Marín and Dani Navarro, on behalf of all company colleagues, presented an award for Business Trajectory to the four partners, and subsequently, the four founding partners presented a Professional Trajectory Award to the fourteen INDUSER team members for their loyalty, commitment, and patience with the company over the past ten years.

The INDUSER Awards night was not only a celebration but also a reminder of the value of teamwork and dedication. We look forward to continuing to recognize and celebrate the qualities and example of our talented team in the future!
