Tuesday, June 3rd, 2025 will be a day to remember—when IDEAL recognized INDUSER as a key player in advancing the fruit and vegetable industry through its work as an engineering company specialized in automatic packaging solutions.

The awards ceremony, hosted at PlayaDulce Hotel, brought together professionals from the agri-food sector, public institutions, and the media to celebrate the talent, innovation, and commitment of those who work every day to grow Andalusia’s agro-industrial landscape.

The “Auxiliary Sector” award was the fourth of the evening. Representing INDUSER were Carlos Villegas, Chief Financial Officer, and Juan Martos, R&D Director, both co-founders of the company alongside Elvis Moreira, CEO, and Pedro Martínez, Commercial Director.

In his acceptance speech, Carlos said:
“When we founded this company… we never imagined our automatic packaging lines would go beyond the western region of Almería. What we did know was that we were eager to work and ready to serve the sector with what we knew best: engineering. The good news is, that eagerness to work and serve the industry is still very much alive, and we look forward to continuing to carry the name of western Almería even further.”

Villegas went on to thank the award committee on behalf of his partners and the 70 people who currently make up INDUSER—a company that for over two decades has combined engineering, service, and technology to support its clients.

Juan Martos, in turn, expressed the team’s pride in seeing how their custom-designed packaging solutions—for products like blueberries, tomatoes, peppers, stone fruits, cherries, and even dates—are valued for their precision, flexibility, and reliability.

In his remarks, Martos stated:
“Thanks to our clients, to those who first believed in our know-how, and to those who now come to us with new challenges that push us to find new, tailor-made solutions.”

Both speakers closed their remarks by dedicating the award to the entire team that makes it possible for INDUSER—headquartered in Almería—to continue growing with a clear vision: to transform packaging processes around the world.
