Wonderland and INDUSTER: a relationship that evolves and improves over time

In the European berry market, efficiency, automation, and multi-format capability are crucial for maintaining competitiveness. The collaboration between Wonderland, a German producer specializing in berries, and INDUSER reflects this progress: a young relationship—initiated in 2023—that has grown rapidly thanks to the incorporation of technological solutions designed to maximize precision, performance, and flexibility in blueberry packaging.

The starting point between INDUSER and Wonderland was the integration of a PGF12 weigher, a model widely recognized in the industry for its weighing accuracy and its reliability during intensive berry campaigns. The positive experience quickly led to an expansion of the installation with three PGF12 weighers, strengthening production capacity and improving line stability during high-demand periods.

This rapid growth in such a short time shows how the right technology can transform the packaging experience for producers who need to scale without compromising quality.

The most recent project with Wonderland incorporates a multiformat blueberry packaging line, capable of working with four different punnet types. This versatility not only meets the needs of the final buyer; it also enhances the producer’s ability to adapt quickly to market changes.

INDUSER’s differential value lies in its full integration of the installation: the 12-head PGF weigher, conveyor systems, integrations with machinery from other brands, and automation technologies that cover the entire product flow, from the initial feeding stage to complete palletization.

As a result, Wonderland now operates with a stable, continuous line designed for high volumes, reducing changeover times and increasing efficiency throughout each campaign.

The combination of high-performance weighing systems, multiformat packaging lines, and end-to-end automation enables producers like Wonderland to optimize costs, reduce product giveaway, and improve packaging consistency. In a sector where margins are measured gram by gram, precision becomes a key competitive advantage.

Working with Wonderland throughout this process demonstrates how engineering applied to packaging can deliver measurable results from the very first year—when the solution is truly adapted to the product and to the project’s needs.

The collaboration with Wonderland is part of a broader movement: in 2025, INDUSER has consolidated its position across Europe.

The company already had a strong presence in France, particularly in tomatoes, cherries, and stone fruit. Now, this growth has expanded into new markets:

  • Italy: working with the most important players in the blueberry sector.

  • United Kingdom: key projects with major companies in berries and cherries.

  • The Netherlands: first installations with high-volume blueberry repackers.

  • Poland: significant expansion not only in blueberries —with four notable projects— but also in cherry tomatoes and round tomatoes.

  • Baltic and Northern European countries: increasing presence with new projects in blueberries and, more recently, in cherries.

This expansion reinforces INDUSER’s strategy: supporting the growth of the European fresh-produce industry with weighing and packaging solutions that adapt to each market and every product.
