The packaging line is designed to ensure a continuous and well-organized product flow. From manual feeding via conveyor belt to product transfer to the elevator, each stage has been designed to facilitate operator work and ensure careful product handling.

At the core of the line is our PL1430 machine, equipped with an associative weighing system that ensures high accuracy in every cycle. This system automatically adjusts the product combination to reach the target weight, reducing giveaway and improving overall efficiency. In addition, the dual discharge hoppers help maintain a continuous and consistent production flow.
Efficient and automated production
The line is completed with a vertical flow pack machine and all the necessary peripherals for fully automated operation. This integration allows production rates of up to 30 bags per minute, while maintaining precise weight control and ensuring a consistent, high-quality finish for every package.
All elements of the line have been designed to work in a fully synchronized way, from initial conveying to final packaging. This integration not only improves operational efficiency, but also enhances process traceability and reduces manual intervention, resulting in a more stable, safe, and cost-effective production.
