At INDUSER, we continue to evolve. With over 22 years of experience and continuous improvement, we expand our automation solutions with a line originally designed for tomato, successfully adapted to kiwi packaging for PROSA in Portugal.

This project reflects our ability to diversify products, respond to new market needs, and develop flexible lines capable of working with different formats and fruit types, always maintaining maximum efficiency, precision, and product care.

Line designed for efficient kiwi handling

The installation has been developed to ensure a continuous and controlled product flow from the initial feeding stage through to final packaging.

The process begins with a kiwi feeding and selection system, designed to receive the product in a controlled manner, facilitating sorting and ensuring a stable flow to the next stages

Precise weighing and smart distribution

The core of the installation integrates a PL1415 with braking system, enabling precise weighing and controlled product dosing.

This system ensures a homogeneous distribution of kiwi, optimizing line performance and guaranteeing maximum accuracy in every package

Banderole system for delicate handling

One of the key elements of the project is the banderole system, designed to ensure particularly gentle product handling during transfer.

This system reduces the impact of drops and helps preserve kiwi quality throughout the packaging process, minimizing damage and improving final product quality

Flexible container denesting system

The line incorporates a four-head vacuum suction automatic container denesting system, designed to offer high flexibility across different formats.

Custom-made loaders allow adaptation to multiple configurations, enabling multiformat operation with ease.

In addition, the system enables container handling and distribution via canvas carts, as well as automatic filling into trays, optimizing overall line operation

High production and operational efficiency

Designed for high-demand environments, the installation achieves a production capacity of 50 ppm / 1,500 kg/hour.

It also includes a x4 product outlet system, optimizing final flow, reducing bottlenecks, and improving overall line capacity

Product identification and final packaging

The automatic packaging process concludes in the final packing module, where finished containers are organized and placed into boxes by operators.

This final stage prepares the product for shipment, storage, and distribution, ensuring a complete, efficient, and controlled flow from start to finish

Flexible technology and for constantly evolving industry

This PROSA (Portugal) project reinforces INDUSER’s commitment to developing flexible solutions capable of adapting to different fruits, formats, and production needs.

From its origins in tomato processing to its adaptation to kiwi, this line demonstrates INDUSER’s ability to evolve alongside its clients, offering reliable, efficient technology designed to care for the product at every stage.
