El Ejido, Almería, Spain on May 18th 2022.- Recently, the Almeria-based company INDUSER has adapted its traditional blueberry packaging line for trays, cups and clamshells, to another demanded format: Bull Boxes.
This automated packaging line is integrated by several machines that ensure the delicate treatment of the blueberry throughout its journey. Starting with a mesh remover, the pre-calibrator, the sorting table and a box filling module made up of two conveyors: a coarse weight channel by means of an extensible conveyor, and a vibrating fine weight channel. Both conveyors represent the previous step to a chain packaging machine that, due to a servo-controlled movement, fulfils the filling of bulk boxes with the appropriate speed and synchronism.
The Project, which was custom designed for a client from Huelva, has a production capacity of 900-1000 kg/hour. Its functionality, with a view to the long term and maximum profitability, considers an easily replaceable perforated band, and improvement in the customer’s pre-calibrator and two molds for cubes.

In addition to the Spanish market, Induser’s founders are confident that this line for packaging bulk boxes will be well received in Latin American countries such as Chile, Peru and Mexico, geographies in which, in addition, INDUSER has a network of exclusive dealers.
Finally, this line can be adapted to other products with similar characteristics, such as Cherry tomatoes or cherries.
