El Ejido, Almería, Spain on July 6th 2022.- INDUSER improves the possibilities of one of its most demanded solutions in the market: the packaging machine with a chain conveyor belt.

Recently, the Innovation and Development team has made it possible for the multi-format to continue to be one of the most valuable promises of the Andalusian brand, achieving that a single line is used for packaging tomatoes in three different container formats.  

Our market dynamics require fruit and vegetable producers that their products reach the market in different formats and in different weighing. The line, designed to meet this need, supports the following formats:

• The first: A RPET tray with three triangular divisions, for the classification of tomatoes by colour.

• The second: A RPET tray with three rectangular divisions, for the classification of the product in three colours.

• The third: A simple tray, without divisions, for packing cherry tomatoes and other fruit and vegetable products of similar dimensions.

The change of format, which can be done in one minute, is achieved by replacing the tub dispenser with the mold corresponding to the container format to be used, as well as by replacing the product filler molds of the packaging machine (the same ones that are manufactures using 3D printing technology).

Like all the engineering solutions that are designed in this company from Almeria, the packaging line was produced to achieve the production objectives and considering the physical specifications of the client’s facilities.
