The change is imminent. More and more we will see cardboard trays in supermarkets and convenience stores. The irruption of these formats is the result of global agreements in relation to climate change and the level of awareness that consumers have about the impact of their actions on the environment. It is a reality; in the purchase decision process the consumer prefers cardboard packaging. At INDUSER we are aware, and we take action.
In this sense, INDUSER announces that its “Seal Label” machine has been adapted for a 150gr cardboard packaging format designed for blueberries. With this, the company from Almeria opens the possibility of promoting this machine among producers, cooperatives and warehouses that are seeking the transition from plastic to cardboard.

In this regard, Elvis Moreira (CEO) states: “Tell us what packaging format you are looking for, we will provide you with an engineering solution that achieves it. The new packaging formats that the market demands are the starting point for us to undertake new developments. In the case of the “Seal Label” we needed to find a special tray and a transparent label that was strong enough to guarantee customers the care of their product and the resistance of the tray. Thanks to the collaboration with other professionals, we have achieved it: an efficient machine, a sustainable packaging format, a resistant label”.
The Seal Label is easily adaptated to other packaging lines machinery such as the associative circular weigher.
INDUSER’s main activity –as an engineering company- is to optimize the packaging process, therefore the “Seal Label” is easily integrated into other types of machinery commonly found on current installations, such as the associative circular weigher or end-of-line machines (such as the weight control and metal detector). This makes the “Seal Label” an interesting alternative for its integration with lines that are currently operating in the facilities of fruit and vegetable producers.
In addition to the Seal Label, INDUSER has other machines specially designed for sustainable packaging formats, such as the vertical flow pack to bag product with paper, and the flap closer.
At INDUSER we help professionals in the fruit and vegetable industry to make the transition from plastic to cardboard trays.
